If the official rumors are to be believed, this scholar has not only never been a member of the Council for Quezlarian Research, but has furthermore never posited a single opinion on the Conflict That Is Not Happening. Further, the speculation is that his suggestions to the general populace have never been well received, nor have any of his ruberics, ditties, doggerel, or outright incoherent ravings caused signifigant societal or cultural upset, now or ever in the past.

He is certainly no mean cook, however.
