Despicable Shimmy

If one met this scholar on the street one would be unlikely to recognise him as such. Although considered one of the best and brightest, of his era, drugs and alcohol have seemingly rotted his brain. He is mostly found wandering around the streets of Folktown clutching his precious encyclopedia.
