Dr. Bacchus, as his name seems to imply, is primarily interested in the wine of the great land of Ghyll. However, he also has great interest in cuisine, literature, and art. Having travelled extensively in the farmlands, and visited all the great vineyards, he settled down near the Smallwood Vineyards, from which he contributes periodic articles to the food section of his local newspaper.
If you get a chance to speak with him, whatever you do, don't mention the '68 Adlorst.
