Yes, rule #3 was violated unknowingly by myself (as I both ''originally'' phantomed [[Meldersen]], and then cited it in my ''required per-turn citations''), but this should now be fixed ([[Meldersen]] was swapped out with a newly created phantom, the [[Iganefta Recorder]]). Who watches the watchers? You're both right. Yes, rule #3 was violated unknowingly by myself (as I both originally phantomed Meldersen, and then cited it in my required per-turn citations), but this should now be fixed (Meldersen was swapped out with a newly created phantom, the Iganefta Recorder).
