Prothall, Ghyll Scholar
"Eh, wot was that? You found a mite up a rabbit? Sorry, you'll haf' to speak up louder."
Prothall, once a great librarian of the Odlucian Library, has quite sadly gone very senile. He remembers little of what he read or did in his time as librarian, rarely consults the records of other historians, and generally writes down only the most curious sorts of myths. He's a good one to have about on tavern night, though.
